Wow, just wow. The visuals, texture maybe, the animation... I feel like everythings improved in what feels like a short amount of time, things really are getting interesting.

I probably learned more while producing EP 005.03 than I learned while doing episodes 1-5.2 combined. Part of that improvement is thanks to Larry Shultz who sadly passed away shortly after he taught me a lot of what he knew about 3d animation.
That, and i've got some very talented folks who have been extremely generous to lend me a hand with some of the work required to get this stuff made. Sure was nice having someone who actually knew what they were doing as far as sound mixing and music goes :) .
You may also notice the sound effects are far more abundant; I finally purchased a better audio editing program and am no longer limited in what I can do. Audacity just doesn't cut it for serious production work; I have to make a lot of the SFX you hear (a lot of times its faster to create the sounds than it is to find free SFX online).
I can tell this video is for practicing animation, looks like you're dooing pretty good.
Don't mind teejay-number13
thanks i wasnt worrying about his retarded comment.
While watching this series it feels like you're building some sort of 'relationship' between Guardevoir and Teejay, and I know Guardevoir is considered one of the most 'human' like pok'emon but I still can't seem to get over the fact that it feels a little wierd for either of them to have feelings for the other because that would basicly be like bestiality in the Pok'emon world.
But putting uneasy suspicions aside, I like how well this episode came together. The story is very entertaining and the direction in which it's gone was also a good choice. You have a mix of different animation styles, such as the classic sprite scenes and then the close up ones which capture the moment appropriately. Also it's very fun being able to interact with the video and play a quick match for the character, I think you made a good decision adding that into your series. But I have to admit when Houndour was evolving during that somewhat emotional scene it kinda killed the mood for me and seemed a bit too spontanious, the evolution itself seemed like a good idea for this episode but I think there could've been a better timing for it, like right after they woke up inside the gym maybe. Keep up the good work, I'm excited to see the next episode.
I hope the Teejay/Gardevoir thing isn't what made you lower your score. You're not the first person to mention this, and not the last I'm sure. As far as being bestiality, I guess that depends on your tolerance. Some say, for example, that Lois Lane/Superman is bestiality because he's not human even though he looks like it. I on the other hand have a somewhat high tolerance because I have a thing for girls who aren't quite human. If Teejay's love interest in the series was let's say a female Rapidash, then I think that would be too beastly.
As far as the Houndour evolving in the middle of an emotional scene, it was to lighten the mood but fail to cheer up Gardevoir. That was meant to show you how disturbed she was.
After reading most of the reviews, I know for sure that I want to watch this but I'm having some problems. It won't load and play the actual video. I enjoy a good trolling but I can't even wathc the video.
IE is stupid, so you may have to right-click and hit play if you're using that.
of all your animations, I like this one the most. it was very well put together and with a nice story to tell, one that I can relate to.
Thank you! although hopefully you can't relate to it TOO much... the looney bin must not be a great place to be
I like this animation, its short and simple but very nice. BTW have you ever seen a hermit crab w/o its shell, its really wierd 0_o
I had a hermit crab once upon a time. It is weird indeed.
I have some commets and questions. Comments: I really like this series, especially the interactive battles. Questions: 1. Why would Gardevoir blush after being asked to take off her clothes if Pokemon are technicly naked already? 2. Are you attempting to form some sort of 'complicated relationship' between Gardevoir and her trainer, because it's starting to remind me of some Animes I watch? 3. Were you inspired by the Gamecube Pokemon games? 4. I know you wont confirm or deny this but one of my guess's as to the Chaos Master is Dark Lugia since he was experimented on and was involved in a situation similar to this? oh yeah, one last comment, I noticed you gave Gardevoir breast. . . . . . *cough* Well anyway, I hope you reply and thanks for making such a cool series!!
To answer some of your questions, try to think of Gardevoir as more of a human then a wild animal. And yes, I was inspired by the gamecube games.
I'm just an amateur sketchist lookin' for inspiration
